The Ask: 

Create a research-based plan to help expand diversity in the sports industry.

The Strategy & Plan: 

Implement a seminar series targeted at college students and people in the workforce to address and start conversations surrounding minority groups, along with the creation of a community outreach program  targeted at children and high school students in lower-income inner cities to educate them on the possibilities of a career within sport.

My Role:

• Completely designed both proposal decks 

• Developed the survey using Qualtrics​

• Collaborated with team to brainstorm and develop complete plan and ideation
