Imma be honest I haven't been able to get myself to write all of this because life started moving so fast and I was waiting for the the right time where I felt the urgency to write it. So naturally, I'm finally getting to this now cuz I have a midterm that I need to finish, but I just don't want to do it right now...call it a study break for a GOOD cause. I realize it's probably the worst time to try and write this but the best time in my procrastinating mind, so here we gooooo.

Sometimes pictures do my experience more justice than my words can...

WEEK 1: SAN FRANCISCO

A lil backstory...

I went to SF because I participated in the Golden Gate Ducks PR Agencies tour that was organized by my school. It was a quick 2-day trip where we got to visit different businesses. We got to have Q&A sessions with professionals working in the PAC-12 offices and at the Chase Center, among other places. It was a really informative networking opportunity.

I hadn't been to SF since I was a sophomore in high school and even then, never truly got to experience and explore the city because I only went for a showcase with my club soccer team. LUCKILY I planned to stay in the bay for the whole week with my FAVORITE tour guides/triplets; love you guys ;)

WEEK 2: BEND WEEKEND TRIP

I was sick this entire week, definitely was the highlight of my break !

WEEK 3: LOS ANGELES

When I tell you guys this was one of the best days of my life, understand how serious I am.

My dad and I flew to LA for the week a few days after Christmas with the original intention of going to the Rose Bowl, but ended up getting tickets to the Lakers-Mavs game as well 🤩

The experience I had at the Laker game with my dad, uncle, and cousin have an even stronger meaning to me now. I remember being at the game absolutely blown away the entire time; it was a dream and I don't have the words to express how I appreciative I felt. Kobe and Gigi were there and I got to see them with my own eyes, in real life. I remember watching them from across the court together, so happy. It didn't even occur to me that my cousin and I were with our dads and how special that was, until recent events transpired. I feel so lucky to be able to have had the opportunity to be in an arena in the presence of SO much greatness and love, and with people I love.

Oh and BTW, we won ;)

BOTH our teams won, so I'd say the LA trip was a success to say the LEAST.

(besides the fact that about 4 old white men assumed my dad and I were a couple, but we aren't gonna get into that)

I got to do so many amazing things this past winter break and I am so grateful for the opportunities I was given. I experienced so much and am so thankful I am able to live the life that I do, and that I have so many amazing people in my life to share those experiences with.

Now I gotta get back to it...

check my highlights on my instagram for more content :))
